What is a mold? A mold is a tool used to make a molded item, known as the Mother of Industry.  This tool is composed of various parts, and different molds are composed of different parts. It mainly realizes the processing of the shape of the article by changing the physical state of the formed material. The processing methods of molds usually include injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, die casting or forging, smelting, stamping, etc. In addition, the production of molds  have requirements: size, smooth surface; reasonable structure, high production efficiency, easy to automate; easy to manufacture, long life, low cost; design meets process needs, economical and reasonable. These are the basic requirements that the mold needs to have.
