1.Product Design
If you would like to make the car part mould, you could send us the 2D or 3D design of your proudct drawing , if the design is not ready , you could send us the samples or any idears that we could help to design the product according to your requirements.

2.Project Analysis
Arranging Pre-analysis of the project to choose the suitable injection gate,shrinkage, deformated, cooling and etc...

3.Mould Steel
Actually we all know that we use ABS or PP plastic Material to make the automotive interior and exterior tims products and the reasonable steel materials are selected according to material characteristics to ensure product quality and mold life.

4.Processing
For important parts, such as internal inserts, choose the three-step processing method,
1. Rough machining,
2. Vacuum quenching,
3. High-speed finishing.

5. Before shipping, we will test mould running and make same production to check the mould action and products' quality to meet the quality standard through the injection molding machine before shipment.
