The quality of the mold is directly related to the quality, production efficiency, and cost of the product. I think everyone will have no objection to this. The quality of the mold needs to be found and solved through the mold test, so the mold test process is very important for injection molding enterprises.
1. Mold dry run test - verify the action of the mold
A. Inspection of mold opening and closing under low pressure of mold
1. The mold is opened and closed three times in fast, medium, and slow, whether there is any abnormal sound or block phenomenon during the opening and closing process;
2. The mold opening and closing action is smooth, with or without interference.
B. Inspection of mold ejection system (under low pressure)
1. The ejection action is divided into fast, medium, and slow ejection 3 times, and check whether there is any abnormal phenomenon;
2. After the ejector pin at the plane is ejected, will it be loose or stuck?
3. Whether the bevel thimble or the cylinder is installed with a positioning pin to prevent loosening or rotation.
4. Ejection system (whether there is abnormal noise and trembling when the ejector pin or ejector block is ejected.
C. Inspection of mold reset
1. The mold is reset 3 times at fast, medium, and slow speeds to see if it can be reset. After reset, the end face of the oblique ejector pin is not higher than 0.1mm of the mold or flush with the mold core;
2. Whether the ejector pin interferes with the action of the row position when the ejector is ejected, and whether the slider returns to the original position;
3. The mold is equipped with a thimble reset device.
Second, the test the balance of the cavity in the glue
1. Continuously raise funds to play 5 molds, and weigh their weight;
2. Record the single piece weight of each product in each mold;
3. Reduce the injection volume and fill 20%, 50%, and 90% of the samples in 3 molds;
4. Weigh and record the weight of each of the above products;
5. If the difference between the maximum weight and the minimum weight of the product is less than 2%, it is acceptable. If it is a single cavity mold, the injection balance test is also required.
3. How to determine the optimal cooling time
1. When the injection molding process conditions are suitable, after the product is full, estimate the cooling time, select a longer cooling time, make the product completely cool, make 3 molds, and measure its size;
2. The size of the product injected at each cooling time should be measured after the plastic part is fully cooled for about 15 minutes;
3. The basis for determining the optimal cooling time, considering the dimensional stability of the product.

  Car Bumper Mould

  1. The automobile bumper mould adopts the internal parting line structure.

  2. The shape of the mould has no flash and no welding marks.
