IML paint bucket mould is a kind of electrostatic in-mould labeling mould, which requires high concentricity. The clamping structure adopts an independent self-locking design, hot runner needle valve hot runner, and manipulator film pick-up. The product can be filmed at the time of synchronous pickup, without the need for thermal transfer labeling in the later stage, saving labor and post-processing costs.

The commonly used IML paint bucket mould is made of PP plastic with IMF≦8. The product has good toughness and high strength. The bucket size is 5L/10L/15L/18L/20L. The mould can produce more than 3000 buckets a day with an IML manipulator.
